Our prints are packed in a sturdy cardboard box, so that they arrive at you in perfect condition. From our office in the Netherlands we ship our products to all countries within the EU. Unfortunately it is not possible to choose your favorite mail order company. This is chosen by our external supplier and manufacturer.

Plexiglass has no frame: the prints are printed directly on the back of the plexiglass. The plate has a thickness of 3 millimeters with polished edges. The sheet material has a glossy and smooth finish. Plexiglass is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Do you prefer a less glossy look? Then the trusted canvas is the perfect choice: it is durable, affordable and has the color and texture you expect from it. The full color print makes all prints on canvas stand out. Naturally, the canvas is reinforced with a 4 cm thick wooden frame. The full color print is applied with latex, which ensures an odorless print. In addition, the fabric has a B1 certificate. This means that the fabric is fire retardant.

We produce our prints as soon as your order arrives. These prints are made especially for you. However, the normal return options apply to these prints. For more information about returns, see the page right of withdrawal.

If the artwork you received is not in perfect condition, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the item and photos of the box it arrived in. We will then send you a replacement at no extra cost. If you receive a wrong print (wrong size or print), please let us know by sending an email to email@example.com with photos of the artwork received and the order number. We will immediately review this and replace your order.
Because we are a sustainable company, we do not put printed invoices in the packaging. But don't worry, once the last item of your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your invoice to the email address we know from you.
