Right of Withdrawal

Returns

You have the right to cancel the order up to 90 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. Mention your name, order number and the products that will be returned. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@walljar.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions

The exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

1. Sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.

2. The products have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;

3. A custom design order;

4. Wall murals, self-adhesive photo wallpaper and room dividers cannot be returned.

Guarantee

We use the standard European warranty. That is 2 years.

Damaged product?

Is it a damaged product? Send us photos in which the damage is clearly visible to info@walljar.com. If you want a new copy instead of money back, let us know here.
